Can Dr. Lerner help me with a Notice of Proposed Disqualification (NOPD) with the NYPD or the NYC Department of Correction?

 

Yes. Dr. Lerner has specialized in law enforcement psychological appeals for more than three decades. He works in collaboration with attorney Robert B. Kronenberg, Esq., a former NYPD Captain (Ret.). Please call Mr. Kronenberg directly at (631) 234-4434, and he will explain the process in detail. If you leave a message stating that "Mark asked me to call you," you will be a priority.

 

 

Can Dr. Lerner help me with a fitness-for-duty evaluation with another lawenforcement agency?

 

Yes. Please email Dr. Lerner directly, specifying the agency to which you are applying. Be sure to include your telephone number.

Can Dr. Lerner represent me in a legal matter?

 

No. Dr. Lerner does not function as legal counsel; however, he will speak directly with your attorney to understand the nature of your case. No. Dr. Lerner’s work is now limited exclusively to the practice of forensic psychology—the intersection of psychology and law, and his work as Chairman of The National Center for Emotional Wellness.
